4 Loops U Panel FIBC

The most standard FIBC in the market. Combination of a U shape panel fabric with two side panels. Suitable for all packaging groups.

Standard big bags comprise all big bag types with a standard construction of bottom, four walls and four corner loops and with no special purpose.

Most big bags produced by ATEA are standard four loop big bags. Often people think that “Type B” refers to standard bags. However, type B refers to the antistatic properties of a big bag.

The Tubular Bag design is one of the most commonly used in flat packaging. This consists of a single piece of fabric made into a cylindrical shape and the two edges stitched together. The top and bottom panels can either be sealed or flat panels attached to both sides, thus forming a cylindrical bag.

Tubular Bags have many industrial uses. As the tubular shape is devoid of any seams these bags are ideal for carrying fine materials without putting in a liner for insulation.

Tubular Bags are most commonly used for storing and transporting very fine and sifted materials, such as wheat, flour or carbon.
They also have several advantages for various applications. With the cylindrical design there are no seams at the broad side of the bag. These bags are easier to make and are more cost-effective for purchase as well

Formstable FIBC

Formstable Big Bags are constructed with inner diagonal walls (baffles), which are sewn across the four corners and which ensure that the big bag keeps a rectangular shape when filled.

Furthermore, the baffles prevent that the Q-Bag gets an stomach when full. Baffles are usually made from PP fabric with equally distributed holes that allow a free circulation of the product into the corners during filling and discharging.
